Register your exchange using its base website URL, without a referral path or query string. Claim ownership and complete the approval steps in Exchanges. Then follow the installation guide for the Colossari plugin on your supported traffic exchange. Existing free registrations remain connected; buying a campaign is optional.
Confirm the connection
After installation, make a real credited surf view on your exchange and check that it appears in the Colossari Hunt feed. The plugin signs its reports to Colossari; an exchange’s own surfing and credit rules still decide whether a view was credited. Keep the plugin updated in your exchange admin. If the update banner stays after an update, check the installed version before asking members to test again.
What owners can measure
Owner reports can show credited surfers, repeat days, campaign activity and comparisons with an earlier period. They describe linked Colossari accounts, not verified new customers or sales. Compare a seven-day baseline with your campaign period and look at return visits, completion cost and support effort before renewing a paid event.
Choose when to spend
The free connection has basic activity and financial records. Optional campaigns let you host a Cup day, run Daily Earn, set a funded Surf Mission or schedule a Rally Hour. Paid owner tool passes add advanced features; they do not change any surfer’s cash score. See the current campaign screen for totals, availability and cancellation terms before payment.
Safe setup and limited access
Back up the exchange before installing or updating. LFMTE remains the primary supported integration; custom TE/PTC setup is beta and must be tested on that script. A connection, Colossari approval and a real credited strike are separate milestones. Use the launch checklist to check each. Keep a backup and use the setup instructions for recovery; do not share your connect code publicly.
The PHP plugin runs under your host account’s permissions. Setup and maintenance can read local configuration and register integration settings. Ordinary reports send signed credited activity, a per-exchange hashed handle and, on supported LFMTE connections, a numeric exchange member ID for referral linking. Exchange passwords and member email lists are not sent in ordinary reports. HTTPS encrypts the transfer; Colossari can read the data it receives. ASR cross-promo scanning is retired. See the privacy policy for details.
Owner tools and personal plans
Platinum Owner is $20/month for all Voyager and Admiral personal benefits plus advanced tools for exchanges you own: reports, exports, saved campaigns, scheduling, branding and observed harbour activity timing. Permanent Founder and Patron access already includes the applicable owned-exchange tools; you do not need Platinum to keep those tools. New Voyager and Admiral personal plans do not include exchange tools. Previously purchased owner passes retain their original coverage. No raffle or Harbour Challenge stamp feature is included in the live plan.
