Who may play

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. One account per person. Real money is paid out here, so an account you share with somebody else is an account we cannot pay.

No entry fee exists, so this is not a lottery and there is nothing to buy that improves your chances. See how prizes and payouts work.

What we owe you

What you win, less nothing. Once a placing settles, the amount is in your balance and it is yours to withdraw at $15.00 or more, up to 4 withdrawals a month. Every payout is sent by hand to the address you gave, usually within a few days.

Earnings clear after 7 days before they can be taken out. That window exists so a chargeback on the money that funded a pool does not leave us paying out of a pool that was never really funded.

We cannot pay out more than an owner put in. That is checked in the code before every award and again by the database itself.

What we ask of you

Surf the pages. That is genuinely all of it. What is not allowed is anything that takes a prize pool from the people it was funded for:

• more than one account, including accounts run by somebody else on your behalf
• software that strikes for you, or any automation of surfing
• tampering with the plugin, the badge, or the requests either one makes

An account under review stops earning while we look. If we find one of the above, the balance built that way is not paid — it was taken from other players, and paying it would mean taking it from them twice. We will tell you which of these it was.

A brand new account has its first 3 days treated more carefully than an old one. That is a guard against somebody registering twenty accounts the night before a tournament, not a judgement about you.

For exchange owners

You are buying attention for a stated window, not a result. What is guaranteed is that your event runs when you booked it, that your pool is paid out to the players who earned it, and that anything unspent comes back to your wallet.

An unpaid booking holds its slot for 48 hours and then releases it. Refunds are set out on the refunds page.

The plugin reads nothing from your site and writes nothing to it. It asks whether a page view happened and reports a hash of your member id, which we cannot reverse.

Ending it

You may close your account whenever you like, and anything cleared in your balance is paid out first if it reaches the minimum. We may close an account for the reasons above, and we will say which one.

We may change these terms. If a change affects what you are owed or how you get paid, it is announced before it takes effect — not applied quietly to a balance you already earned.
