Accounts and fair play

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. Use one account per person and do not share control of it. Members in the same household may have separate genuine accounts; shared connections may be reviewed and do not by themselves prove abuse.

Surf manually and complete required confirmations yourself. RapidTab may be used for manual surfing. Bots, unattended autosurfing, fabricated credited views, self-referral abuse, tampered requests and automated presence or collectible clicks are prohibited. Staff may review suspicious activity and withhold disputed awards while investigating; confirmed abuse can lead to removal of unearned rewards or account suspension. We will explain the reason and provide a support route.

Presence checks have a ten-minute deadline. Missing one pauses future eligible competitive scoring until you confirm; existing points and ordinary adventure progress are not erased. A missed check is not proof of a bot. See the scoring help guide.

Cash rewards and payouts

Cash pools may be funded by Colossari or by paid campaigns. A pool, a live estimate, a settled award and a sent payout are different states. Qualification, host windows, prize allocation, ties and exclusions are governed by the saved contest rules on Tournaments or the event page. No view, rank or purchase guarantees income. XP, ichor, cosmetics and host advertising credits are not withdrawable cash.

Cleared eligible earnings can be withdrawn at your applicable minimum: normally $15.00 for free access, $5.00 for eligible paid access, or $5.00 for your first payout. Earnings normally clear for 3 days. At most 4 requests are allowed in the applicable rolling month. Your Purse shows the current limits, schedule and any hold. Skrill and Wise are available for manual payouts. Save your chosen provider and payout email in Account. Wise may ask you to claim the transfer and provide bank details on its own site; an invitation is not completed delivery. Funds remain reserved until staff confirm payment or safely cancel the unpaid request. PayPal payouts remain unavailable, and earlier destinations are not converted automatically. Existing earnings and payout history are preserved. Changing the destination or provider starts a 72-hour withdrawal hold. Provider conversion or withdrawal charges may apply.

Owners may transfer eligible cleared earnings to a wallet for an exchange they own. Eligible upgrade checkout may spend cleared earnings directly. These actions spend existing money; they do not create a second cash balance. Returned funds, paid wallet funds and promotional gifts keep their funding restrictions.

Purchases and monthly renewal

Stripe processes card checkout. Payout availability is separate from checkout. Fulfillment follows verified successful payment, not a browser return alone. Invoices and financial records show confirmed purchases. Failed or abandoned checkout does not grant paid access. Do not submit a second payment just because confirmation is delayed; contact support with the checkout details.

Voyager and Admiral are personal upgrades available to surfers and owners. Platinum Owner includes those personal benefits plus the listed tools for exchanges you own. Founder and Patron are one-time permanent ranks with their listed benefits; buying a rank does not grant ownership of an exchange. Paid plans do not multiply cash scores or give payout priority. Prices and included benefits appear before checkout; existing purchases keep their agreed terms.

A monthly card subscription renews at the agreed monthly price until you cancel renewal on Upgrades. Cancellation stops future renewals and retains already-paid time. Spending eligible wallet funds or cleared earnings buys prepaid 30-day time without automatic renewal. A free tool trial does not renew or fund cash prizes. See refunds and cancellation.

Exchange campaigns and expeditions

Cup and Rally slot purchases add prepaid tokens; they do not book a date. Owners choose an approved owned exchange with the required working promotional images, then redeem a token for an available date or hour. Activity and display begin within that booked window. Daily Earn and Missions use their own checkout, qualification and saved terms. Traffic, new registrations and sales are not guaranteed.

Free expeditions have no cash pool unless a separate published funded offer says otherwise. Host advertising-credit promises are the responsibility of the authorizing exchange; Colossari issues claim records or vouchers and does not automatically change the host’s member-credit database. Sponsored expeditions use Boss Tokens and their locked host funding and prize rules. Read those terms before confirming.

The plugin runs locally under the exchange hosting account’s permissions. Setup and updates may read configuration and write integration settings. Ordinary surfing reports limited signed activity to Colossari over HTTPS. We do not claim the plugin has zero access to the local filesystem or database. Automatic ASR cross-promo scanning has been retired. Owners should back up before installation or update, especially for beta custom-script integrations. Read the data disclosures.

Refunds, reversals and account closure

A refund, dispute or reversed funding may suspend the related purchase or campaign and require reconciliation. It must not create both a processor refund and a duplicate wallet return. Contact support for incorrect charges, missing fulfillment or a proposed account closure. Cleared eligible earnings remain subject to payout minimums, holds and review; closing an account does not bypass these requirements. Financial records may be retained as described in Privacy.

Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required. Existing earned balances and saved purchase or contest terms are not silently rewritten by a guide update. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights. Contact us first so we can investigate and resolve a problem.
