When a strike or score does not move

If a view is missing, confirm that the exchange actually credited it, that you are using your linked Colossari account and that the exchange is approved with an active Colossari plugin. The Hunt feed refreshes automatically; give it a few seconds.

A cash score rises more slowly

Daily Skill Sprint and Boss Finale use diminishing point tiers per surfer per site day. The first 25 views have the highest value; later validated views keep adding smaller amounts, and weak-point views add a timing bonus. The Tournaments page shows your score, daily view count and current tier.

A score looks lower after midnight

Check the date and board name before comparing numbers. Yesterday’s Daily Skill Sprint is a finished contest; today’s board begins at zero. The Boss Finale keeps its total for the current boss until it is defeated or escapes. The Colossus Cup has its own Cup points: 1 per eligible credited view on that day’s booked hosts, with no daily cap under the new rules, plus collectible bonuses. Surfing another exchange does not add Cup points.

A gold Cup can appear after a random 20–50 eligible credited views while a booked, funded host day is active. Every collection gives 10 Cup points, plus 1 catch-up point per 10 points of gap behind the eligible weekly leader, up to 20 extra. Its exact reward is fixed when the Cup appears and shown on the badge. Collections have no daily cap under the new rules. One Cup waits at a time; collect it on its original exchange before the host day ends to start the next interval. No active Cup host means no Cup drops. The update applies to future eligible activity from activation: existing points and prizes remain, historical results stay unchanged, and previously capped views are not credited retroactively.

The plugin or an event is missing

Ask the exchange owner to check the plugin connection and installed version if the badge is missing there. Unpaid or future events do not appear as active rewards. If the issue remains, send support the exchange name, approximate time, affected account and which counter or event you expected to change. Do not send a password.

Keep cash scoring active: “I’m here”

A highlighted check on the exchange’s Colossari badge gives you 10 minutes to confirm. If you miss its deadline, future competitive scoring pauses until you confirm. The check remains available; confirming resumes future eligible activity, without backfilling views during the pause. Existing points, ordinary boss damage, XP, ichor and exchange credits are not erased.

Each confirmation awards 25 base XP and 5 ichor once, including a late confirmation. Equipment XP bonuses may apply. Checks can be issued randomly after at least 240 credited views across three exchanges in an hour, with at least three hours between checks. This is not a fixed three-hour alarm. A missed check is a review signal, not proof of a bot. RapidTab is allowed for manual surfing; unattended surfing and automation are not.
