Keep the balances separate

XP, ichor and gear are game progression. Exchange advertising credits belong to the exchange. Settled cash awards and cleared referral commissions appear in Purse; a displayed pool or estimated share is not yet your withdrawable cash.

Clearing and cashout

The live payout rules and Purse show your applicable clearing period, minimum, payout dates and limits. Current earnings normally clear for seven days. The first payout minimum is $5; afterward the normal free minimum is $15 and eligible paid access uses $5. Payout runs are scheduled for the 1st and 15th, with at most four requests per rolling month, subject to eligibility and review.

Confirm your Colossari email and set a PayPal or Skrill payout email in Account. Changing the destination or provider starts a 72-hour withdrawal hold. Confirm your password to request a payout. Staff review and send payouts manually; PayPal is a payout option, not a checkout method. Colossari charges no payout fee, although your payment provider may charge its own conversion or withdrawal fees.

Spend cleared earnings instead

At an eligible upgrade checkout, select cleared earnings to buy an upgrade without a card charge. This buys prepaid time, not an automatically renewing subscription. Owners can also transfer cleared cash to an exchange wallet they own, then spend it on eligible campaigns and purchases. Choose the exchange and amount in Purse; the transfer is recorded and does not create extra money. Clearing, payout holds and funding restrictions still apply. Gift credit and ichor are not withdrawable cash.

Payment and refund status

Stripe handles card checkout. An upgrade or purchased token inventory activates only after payment is verified. Booking then uses a token for a specific exchange and time. Do not pay again just because a confirmation is pending: contact support with the checkout or invoice details. Refunds and payment reversals can remove the associated unearned benefit. Control monthly renewal

On Upgrades, find your monthly subscription and choose Turn off auto-renewal to stop the next monthly card charge. Your paid time remains active. To resume before the subscription ends, confirm the recorded monthly amount and choose Turn on auto-renewal. Renewal does not restart by itself. Once Stripe has ended the subscription, choose a new checkout after your paid time expires. Cancelling renewal does not refund an already-paid month.
